How to apply for a Permit or Licence

All applicants are required to complete an application form (for permit and/licence) and a Project Information Form for submission to the National Environment & Planning Agency (NEPA). These forms can be obtained at:

NEPA, NEPA Regional Offices, The Parish Councils

Forms are also available through request by email and on the NEPA's website.

The Cost of obtaining a Permit or Licence

Permit application :   $ 2000.00
Licence application : $ 2000.00

Permit Fee:                   $ 15000.00 upwards
Licence Fee:                 $ 7,500.00
Renewal Licence Fee: $7,500.00
 

NB. The licence is to be renewed every five (5) years, two months prior to the expiration date. An additional fee of $ 6,500.00 is charged for late renewals in addition to an application fee of $ 2,000.00. It must be also be noted that the cost of Beach Licence vary according to the project type.
