Civil Society turned out in large numbers to get the facts on Global Climate Change at the National Forum for Climate Change on November 8 and 9, 2007 at the Hilton Hotel in New Kingston, put on by the National Environmental Education Committee (NEEC) and the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica (EFJ) with funding from the Commonwealth Foundation.
