The objective of the State of the Environment (SoE) Report is to provide readily available information on an annual basis about Jamaica's environment and natural resource use. Together with the Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JaNEAP), the SoE provides a basis for the public participation in development planning and environmental protection.
