National Environment and Planning Agency accepts only completed applications.

Need help checking your application forms before you submit?

Then follow these simple steps:

1. View the relevant SAMPLE application forms
2. Select and download the relevant application forms.
3. Fill in the relevant information and indicate n/a (not applicable) where necessary
4. Email your completed form to precheckapplications@nepa.gov.jm.

You will be sent an auto response to confirm receipt of your email.

Your form will be 'pre-checked' by a member of our team within 16 working hours except on weekends and public holidays.
