Port Henderson Beach, also called Fun City Beach, is located at Port Henderson, St. Catherine. The beach is 3 minutes from the westbound Portmore Toll Plaza.

Description & Environmental Features

The beach is characterised by fine white sand, while the backshore vegetation includes seagrape, palm trees, and West Indian almond.

Accessibility and Parking

The beach is located along Fort Augusta Drive. Parking is available for a few vehicles.

Amenities

There are no food services. However, the beach features several structures, including a gazebo. The beach is currently not in operation.

Things to do

The beach is used for swimming, beach football, and strolling. Beachgoers interested in more than a day at the beach can visit the nearby Portmore Skating Place and Jamaica Skeet Club. In addition, there is a large area that can accommodate gatherings.
